I ordered the Iced Pumpkin which was quite refreshing on a hot day. Efficient and friendly staff. I noticed lots of hospital workers as this place is located in the hospitals area and not far from the business center of downtown Louisville. Clean tables. Nice customers. I highly recommend this Starbucks.
RUDEEE. That old lady at the front was anything but nice. I asked for a caramel latte and she started writing on the cup. I corrected her and told her I wanted it ice. She threw the hot cup behind her and made a face before writing it on a different cup.
The staff was the highlight. They are hard working and on top of it. However, the location is LOUD, to the point that I think it's ableist and hostile. The drink was a standard Starbucks drink, nothing special.
Baristas were great. Very nice and playful. I do not however like the complaining I was hearing at the register. I felt like the lady was being very rude towards me.
